At NIIMBOT New Arrival Printer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your labeling experience. If your device or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the NIIMBOT printer in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and any unused label rolls that were part of the initial kit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
